Hiring felt broken, so we rebuilt it

GeeFlux started with a simple frustration: job boards were full of noise, and great candidates were getting lost in it. Companies were spending weeks sorting through applications instead of talking to people who were actually a fit.

So we built the thing we wished existed - a small, sharp team that does the sourcing and vetting up front, and only sends you the introductions worth your time. No spam, no scrolling, no guesswork.

Today GeeFlux works with growing companies across a range of industries, and every placement still gets the same hands-on attention the first one did.
